Requests for public information must be in writing to trigger the Authority’s obligations under the Texas Public Information Act (TPIA). Requests should be for information already in existence. A governmental body is not required to answer questions, perform legal research, or create new information in response to your public information request.
To ensure your request is properly received and processed, requests should be submitted using one of the methods listed below. Requests submitted by email should be sent to the Authority’s designated TPIA email address listed below.
