Description
Position Summary
- Make repairs and complete preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of daily work with asset management software
- Assist in training of new employees and seeing that CWA policies and procedures are adhered to
Key Equipment Responsibilities
- Pumps
- Motors
- Air compressors
- Wells and well pumps
- Vibration readings
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience
- Must be able to work with other crafts when needed
- Basic computer skills required
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to pass a physical exam
- May be required to perform strenuous work over long periods of time and lift objects up to 100 pounds. Must be physically fit and capable of working in inclement weather.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly rate: based on experience
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the base hourly rate
