Position Summary

• Repair and maintain Roof Top Units up to 25 tons
• Repair and maintain Split Systems up to 15 tons
• Repair and maintain Ice Machines
• Maintain records of daily work with asset management software
• Assist with other duties of Mechanical Maintenance Department

Key Equipment Responsibilities

• All AC systems throughout CWA system

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience
• Must be able to work with other crafts when needed
• Basic computer skills required

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must be able to pass a physical exam
• May be required to perform strenuous work over long periods of time and lift objects up to 100 pounds. Must be physically fit and capable of working in inclement weather

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: based on experience
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the base hourly rate
